one month minus one

im happy i had a slow, happy&quiet weekend (:

i've been in town so often since exams ended cos every gathering and every meeting and every movie seemed to be there. even the swedish embassy was at somerset. & yes, im such a slug and i may not get my residence permit in time. after a hectic day of worrying and setting up accounts and of emails and calls, im glad everything fell into place. the crooks were initially worried about me losing my way in sweden. now they're worried i might not get myself onto the plane in time. i'll be safe everyone!

i miss sitting around at home and just letting time pass. this is one of the rare times i watch tv on the couch. today i watched valkyrie. it's the hitler movie with tom cruise in it. i love war movies. they used to say that i like those 'grey-grey brown-brown movies with alot of dust flying up'. haha yes i do. because wartime movies are so heart wrenching. pearl habour's the best one. and the chinese they have red cliff which is equally awesome.

my snow boots arrived at my doorstep today. SO EXCITING :D my huge pink luggage is gonna arrive tmr. i've been spending tons of money lately. so everything must be worthwhile. i've got worries because i hardly know the people who're going. and everyone believes that because im me, i'll adapt to everything and make friends in no time. it's better to think that everything would go this way instead of the other.
