#95. all it takes
recently i feel like total crap during trainings. i have so much to give, im ready to go and im full of energy but yet, there's just so little that my body allows me to do. or rather, my back.
to put it simply in chinese -- li4 bu4 cong1 xin1. this frustrates anyone, especially at this stage. ive no wish to hold back but somtimes you just have to disappoint yourself at the most crucial time.
