#71. notebook
*screams*
haoxia wants us to use the notebook to record down our daily food intake. and together with his list of recommendations, they're bound to drive me nuts :(
sighs.
alright then, let that be a good form of deterrence from good food. STAY HEALTHY!
i shall make mr ong kc my role model. he's one very fit and healthy man alive. at tuition, he tells us to eat bread. not plain white bread but FULL GRAIN WHOLEMEAL BREAD. the grains cannot be already processed or something. yep, and he snacks on oranges and apples. plus he has never heard of Ben & Jerrys! why? cos he doesnt eat ice-cream at all.
once again, STAY HEALTHY!

ran 7km during training yesterday. team run with haoxia (: dont exactly enjoy running now dunno why :X but it felt quite good when we were running near the golf course. blue skies with fluffy white clouds and the greenery. then the last 2km sprint back to macritchie. haha hx ended up owing lala wenyi wenqi and i 50 pushups cos we overtook the first 2 groups. paddling wasnt as good as friday. and hx paddled beside me for 1+ km. super stressful but at the same time felt kind of motivated as well cos he was constantly correcting me and edging me on.
have been sleeping alot since yesterday. i think im just lazy. wanted to watch gerrard play yesterday but fell asleep :( but anyway, the goal came from a good assist by him hahaha. time to stop being lazy and start doing some constructive work.
